Structured, reliable care starts by clicking the link below! Once you have completed your free account in Time to Pet - we will reach out to the email listed on file within an hour to coordinate your meet & greet.
To keep our service organized and focused, all new client inquiries begin by setting up your free account and we do not schedule services by phone. This helps us learn about your dog, schedule, location, and care needs before scheduling your meet & greet.
This is not an on-demand service. We prioritize consistent scheduling and clear communication.

No. We do not allow on leash greetings with unfamiliar dogs while your dog is in our care. Avoiding unnecessary greetings reduces preventable conflict, over-stimulation, and safety risks.
-
Your dog’s safety comes first. Extreme heat, severe cold, thunderstorms, ice, poor air quality, or unsafe road conditions may require us to shorten, modify, or replace an outdoor walk with an appropriate potty and enrichment visit. We will never continue outdoor exercise simply to meet a scheduled duration when conditions are unsafe.
-
Stratham Strolls is closed for regular services on Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, and Thanksgiving. Holiday availability surrounding these dates is limited, and clients should submit requests well in advance.
-
We operate as a keyless service and require reliable access to your home before services begin. Clients are responsible for keeping access instructions current and providing an approved backup method when required. If we cannot enter the home because access information is incorrect or unavailable, the scheduled service may still be charged.
-
Private boarding is limited and primarily available to active Stratham Strolls clients. Inactive clients must complete a minimum of three walks or hikes before boarding so we can get to know your dog and determine whether the environment is a safe and comfortable fit. Your website already states that three-visit requirement.
-
Please let us know in advance if family members, cleaners, contractors, other pet care providers, or anyone else will have access to your home during scheduled services. Knowing who may be present helps us protect your dog, your home, and our team and prevents confusion about access or responsibility.
